  • Where is my order? 
    All orders will be delivered out within 7 working days, and may arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.                       
                    
  • How can I pay for my purchases? 
    You can pay via PAYNOW to UEN: 53419177X  (NINE.N). Please WhatsApp ( 8938 1383 ) us the PAYNOW transaction receipt once you make the payment. Orders will only be confirmed once payment is received.

  • Why is the zip slider sewn inwards? 
    The purpose of an inward-facing zipper is to have a smooth edge. These are called invisible zip, and are quite common in furniture. We understand that it might take some time to unzip the cover, .

  • How can I exchange or return an item purchased?

  • Do these products come with a warranty? 
    Yes! We provide a warranty on our standard furniture frame, featured on our Kaiteki, Joo, Ojo, Beddo, and Pikkunikku oproducts. For purchases made on or after 1st June, 2022, the duration of this warranty is fifteen months after date of purchase. For purchases made before 1st June, 2022, the duration of this warranty is nine months after date of purchase.
