Preorders: You'll be sent an email to select your delivery option 1 week before your shipment arrives.
Free Delivery: when you spend $600 and above

Notification will be sent via email once orders are packed and arranged for delivery.
Orders will be sent out between 9:00 am - 10pm on delivery days. Selection of delivery time is currently not available.
Customers will be contacted for any delay in delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances.

International shipping is available only for the Satoriya collection
The estimated shipping time for these orders is between 7 to 10 working days
Shipping cost is based on weight and location, and will reflect accordingly in your cart according to your address

Visible damages and discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after 24 hours will be screened on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty is provided on our standard furniture frame, featured on our Kaiteki, Joo, Ojo, Beddo, and Pikkunikku products.

For purchases made on or after 22 January 2024, the warranty duration is 2 years from the date of purchase.
For purchases made on or after 1st June 2022, the warranty duration is 15 months from the date of purchase.
For purchases made before 1st June 2022, the warranty duration is 9 months from the date of purchase.

Nine.N reserves all rights to remove/amend any promo codes and coupons issued without any prior notice.
