Steps to Refurbishment

    Explore this Service and proceed to Cart Out. Kindly provide your name, contact numbers, and register your order email address during the cart out session.

  • Step 2 for swivel chair refurbishment

    Our customer service team will reach out to you on WhatsApp to request a picture of the furniture and assess its condition. Please note that additional charges may apply for Swivel Chair covers stained with substances such as urine or vomit.

  • Step 3 for swivel chair refurbishment

    Following the collection day, the refurbishment process will be completed within 7 working days.

Sustainable Cotton Sourcing and Donations Policy

Our recycled cotton is sourced from our previous collection, Kaiteki Cover. We carefully extract the cotton from the older edition covers as part of our commitment to continuously enhancing our kaiteki products. Additionally, we accept donations of cushions that have been minimally used in your home. Please rest assured that the cotton from donated cushions undergoes machine washing with high heat to effectively eliminate bacteria.
