  • Orders are non-refundable once payment is made.

    Within 48 hours, our customer service team on WhatsApp will send you a text message. It is mandatory to acknowledge that you understand the waiting period, confirm your comfort with the waiting duration, and note that no refunds or exchanges are allowed once the order is confirmed.

    10 days prior to the actual delivery date, our customer service team on WhatsApp will send you a Google Form. This form will allow you to select your preferred delivery date from the available options.
